I first met Cristie over 7 years ago when I was single. I was looking to increase my fitness and manage the stress my life was going through at the time. Cristie really listened and tailored our sessions to what i needed. Her holistic approach to health means her sessions have not only been customised to me physically (I'm not the most athletic and burpies and i are not friends) but she has also impeccable knowledge and advice about health and nutrition in general. As my life changed, Cristie helped me work towards different goals. This ended up being losing a few kgs for my wedding- my now husband even came along to our sessions. And, in time I even continued right up to 8 months pregnant obviously with yet another different type of session. Now as a busy mum i have re-engaged with Cristie to get me back focusing on my fitness.

I've always struggled with my weight for the majority of my life & have followed many diet & exercise plans ranging from weight watchers, optifast, herbalife, sureslim, Jenny Craig as well as seeing two dietitians & a diabetes specialist all of which provided small & short term results whilst dramatically decreasing my self-esteem & confidence. I have always been active & began to get frustrated & feel demotivated when I couldn't see any results from the effort I put in at the gym. Cristie has been my personal trainer for approximately 8 months now, she has helped me regain my life again, I am the fittest I have ever been and am able to achieve things I never thought possible. Initially my goal was to lose weight, however, Cristie's advice and guidance helped me to realise that slim often doesn't mean healthy and that fitness and health comes from a good body composition not a low scale weight. The results have been amazing, over 6 months I have significantly reduced my body fat and have lost a total of 31cm from across my body! I can't recommend Cristie highly enough.
